Jerry Seinfeld, Michael Richards Julia Louis Dreyfus, and Jason Alexander

Same "pigeon" card photo with slight color variation for your edification (I took these with my phone's camera. The photo that's signed (given cropping and color adjustments) is likely a large reproduction of an original photo, printed up and used for promotional signing. This was to save NBC a good deal of money in promotional of a brand new show (rather than sending original photos to a perhaps long list of autograph requests).
As with the Harrison Ford/Karen Allen piece, this was very likely a large signing, perhaps before the show was released or just after. The cast appears as they did at the beginning of the series.
Jerry signs with a Silver Sharpie and I've adjusted & enhanced to make clear there are no start-stop points in the text.
The dense pigment of the Sharpie creates shadows that allow a clear read of the "flow" of the marker and signature.
The cast card was obtained as part of a purchase of Beatles memorabilia from a well-known collector known his integrity and selling quality memorabilia.

At promotional signings (the cast sits down and signs dozens of "sets" typically around initial release) each cast member has markers, and the cards move from one cast member to the next. While the cast typically hates doing this, a large number of signed cards, attractively signed, in a very timely fashion are created. All cast members, from all sorts of entertainment genres, are quite open about how they despise these signing hours.
Michael Richards signs across the top of this card in Black Sharpie. These are signed very quickly and it seems Richards stumbles signing his first name: the "h," "a," and "e," seem not as clear as the rest of his name.

Jason Alexander signs in Black Sharpie adding, "Best Wishes," above his name.
Extra words aren't common as these actors become stars, but as the show begins (and Seinfeld didn't have good first season ratings), the cast is likely more jazzed about possibilities, and sign a bit more enthusiastically adding things like Alexander's, "Best Wishes."
NOTE: Jason's signature is hard to orient. The "J" stands alone and is discernable as a J, the rest is
just his style.

Last, but certainly not least, is Julia Louis Dreyfus. She's using a Gold Sharpie to sign which unfortunately blends with the colors behind and seems to not be a fresh bold Sharpie.
I've enhanced the signature to make the most of it observable. We can see her signature flows without a start-stop dynamic. She has a beautiful, elegant autograph, and unseen here, but viewable in the full cast photo at the top, Julia adds, "Your Pal," just above her name.
