Cast signings like this one were commonly created at the beginning of a series when marketing was necessary. These glossies were sent in response to initial fan requests and staffers who asked for signatures as well. I've seen so many iterations of the Soprano's "cast signings," prices are all over the place. I personally don't trust eBay offerings as far as I can throw my PC.  I'm told a nicely framed piece with provenance is about $4k.
